SASENDLE NOTICE BOARD:

Dear Friends in Tourism,

We hope this finds you well and your business too.

Due to serious faults found in the software that Sasendle used for quoting tours, until April 2010, various aspects of all our safari offers were wrongly calculated.
While per person prices for departures with 2 guests will remain exactly same, - with only some minor rounding differences -, the re-calculated prices for 3 and 4 guests per vehicle are now much lower – making a huge difference for most tours.
We also discovered that earlier calculations for pax numbers requiring 2 and more 4x4 vehicles went completely hay-way.

We therefore would like to inform you that
a. the greatly reduced prices will apply with immediate effect, in order to pass on the benefits to our trade partners and guests, and

b. all prices as of now are based on 2/3/4 pax per vehicle, i.e. the max. passenger number per 4x4 will be 4, not 3.

Your commission on tour prices & single room supplement will stay as agreed.

Furthermore:

- We took prices out of tour programme pages and instead published all prices in a separate
  and much improved price list that provides an overview of all our safari offers;

- We present you with a 2010 SPECIAL OFFER at very competitive prices:
A 13-day safari from Cape Town to Windhoek very similar in routing to our Cape Namibia Explorer
but including good budget accommodation & BB only!
Your customers will enjoy the best of the West Coast, Richtersveld, Fish River Canyon, Aus
   & Lüderitz,
and the Namib Desert
at very affordable safari prices starting
   from R21950 pps/fully commissionable.

Departure dates on request - min. 2 / max. 4 per 4x4 vehicle; max. 12 guests per group.

- Sasendle now also provide you with itineraries for combined safaris whose prices can be found
on the price list under their respective new tour names.

All UPDATED itineraries & the NEW price list can be downloaded in PDF format from our
Tours & Equipment page,
where we also explain improvements made to our 4x4s that allowed
the increase of the maximum passenger number to 4 per vehicle.

Kindest Regards

Nico Senekal and the Sasendle Team

Sasendle's Guided Scheduled & Self-drive 4x4 Safaris on Cape-to-Namibia wilderness routes will continue operating unchanged throughout 2010. Our short guided tours to the remoter parts of the Western Cape region (from/to Cape Town) will remain available throughout 2010 and present another great way for getting to know the true face of Africa. Please follow the respective link above for more info.

We would be likewise delighted to tailor-make excursions, as well as overland safaris of any duration, to the individual preferences of our tourism trade partners and their travelling customers - simply contact us with requirements and please do not hesitate either to request offers for unusual safaris not found elsewhere.

If you did not yet subscribe to our Newsletter, please subscribe now!
We would like to build a proper opt-in list, hence the above call for action.
