double-/twin-bedded accommodation in comfortable lodges/guest houses/rest camps
(supplements apply to single room occupancy - "willing to share" is
not available in our part of the world); all meals &
entrance fees; transport in luxury 4x4 vehicle; English speaking driver-guide
- exclude
optional activities & excursions on tour as well as
pre- & post tour services, such as airport transfers, extension
nights & tours, all of which are available on request.
- require a minimum of 2 participants
per departure to operate. Max: 4 adults per vehicle
(5 guests = 2 vehicles).
- are available to families with children, closed groups,
and with departure dates on request - prices are subject to change
under certain conditions; please request quotations with DETAILS
of requirements first!
FAMILIES: A family of four, 2 adults & 2
children under 12 years of age, will travel in ONE vehicle. Family rooms can
be requested in most places.
If children share accommodation with 2 adults, reduced child tour
prices apply, as long as both adults pay the tour price applicable
to 2 guests per 4x4.
Please keep in mind that even though we do not want to impose
age restrictions for children and older travellers, our scheduled
tours still require participants to have a certain degree of
physical and mental fitness in order to cope with the African travel
conditions, particularly in wilderness areas, and the demands of a
set time-table.
We therefore recommend that parents travelling with children younger
than 8 years and older travellers, who require greater flexibility in
the day-to-day programme, consider booking a private departure.
We will endeavour to stick to scheduled tour prices as far as
possible! |
