Accreditation by
Tourism Authorities: We proudly announce the
accreditation received from Cape Town Tourism and the National
Grading Council of South Africa. Tourism service providers are
assessed on a bi-annual basis for quality assurance purposes to
ensure high standards for tourists. Sasendle Adventure Tours'
assessment was successful in terms of all requirements. This is
a guarantee to customers and business partners alike that they
are dealing with a reputable company, one that is obliged to
conform with a specific set of demands regarding its standard of
professional conduct.
Here is the official
accreditation notification.

On the office-side
of Sasendle, we welcome Marcelle Senekal on board the
active team. She had been a shareholder of the company right
from the start while still employed elsewhere. Since January
2009, Marcelle is handling our office affairs in Cape Town on a
full-time basis, and we are delighted that she is now putting her
tourism training and experience to good use for our own tour guests
and trade partnerships.

Re-seller Incentive
Scheme:
An override
commission to booking agents successfully selling Sasendle's
"Cape to Namibia" scheduled tours was introduced!
SAT will reward any trade partner with an ADDITIONAL 5%
commission, from the 21st seat sold by the same company
onwards. This applies over and above the basic commission agreed
and to
all scheduled tour departures ex Cape Town
& Windhoek, until 31 October 2009.

Sasendle's first
appearance at a tourism trade show will take place in
Windhoek, Namibia, on 20 & 21 Nov 2008. The HTTF, an
initiative of the
Hospitality Association of Namibia
(HAN), will be a good platform to meet our Namibian service
suppliers again and to discuss co-operation opportunities with
our tour- and excursion-operating colleagues in Namibia.
The HTTF will take place at the Safari Hotel & Court
Conference Centre in Windhoek: 20 Nov 2008, 14h00-19h00 & 21 Nov
2008, 9h00 - 16h00.
Should you wish to make an appointment, please contact Lisa by
email:
namibiaenterprise@iway.na
Copies of our brand-new flyer & CD presentation will be
available at the HTTF - see next paragraph.

In line with our eco-friendly approach, we settled for printing
a full-colour flyer in standard envelope size only - it's
light-weight and easy to mail.
Pre-view the flyer on this site under "Photos".
The above design & print projects, which included business
cards in a new look as well, were exclusively assigned by Sasendle
Adventure Tours to Namibian service suppliers. With this SAT
further emphasised their commitment to support Namibia in all
areas of business operations, after outsourcing most of their
marketing activities to Windhoek-based representatives, already
earlier this year.
Such decisions also pay tribute to the fact - contrary to common
belief amongst regional tourism industry members - that product
quality and pricing offered by Namibian suppliers are on par
with those in South Africa, often under more favourable
conditions.
2008-Sep:
